Acquittal in embezzlement case
Mr. Athanassopoulos succeeded acquittal of our client, a stock broker, in a felony embezzlement case, regarding a Vancouver Canada stock exchange case. The 2nd three-judge Court of Appeal of Athens for felonies accepted Mr. Athanassopoulos’ allegations and acquitted our client from all charges.
