Acquittal in case of kidnapping
Mr Panagiotopoulos succeeded acquittal of our client from charges of kidnapping. The Athens Court of Appeal unanimously acquitted our client on grounds of reasonable doubts accepting Mr Panagiotopoulos’ arguments on the case.
