Acquittal for FOREX fraud
Mr Athanassopoulos succeeded acquittal of our client from the charge of felony fraud regarding FOREX transactions. The three member Athens Court of Appeal unanimously acquitted our client a well respected Stock Exchange and FOREX agent.
