Mr. Panagiotopoulos succeeded acquittal of our client in a 280 Millions Euros famous structured bonds fraud, infidelity and money laundering case. The five member Athens Court of Appeal overturned the first instance conviction of 20 years imprisonment and accepted Mr. Panagiotopoulos’ factual and legal allegations and despite the DA’s proposal for partial conviction, fully acquitted our client.
