Acquittal in a 1,5 million Euros tax evasion case
Mr Athanassopoulos succeeded acquittal of our client, a very well-known lawyer, in a 1,5 million Euros tax evasion case. The Piraeus Court of Appeal accepted Mr Athanassopoulos’ allegations and acquitted our client from the felony of tax evasion.
