The Public Prosecutor of District Court of Athens with the consent of the Prosecutor of the Court of Appeals of Athens dismissed the lawsuit of Hellenic Financial Intelligence Unit (Authority of Combating Money Laundering) against our clients, well known TV producers. The DA accepted Mr. Athanassopoulos’ legal and substantially arguments. The most important is that the DA accepted that non payment of any amount owed to the State may not be considered income from crime legalization.
