Mr Athanassopoulos succeeded acquittal of our client, a CEO of a big company, in a case of injury by negligence. The District Court of Athens overturned the first instance conviction accepted Mr Athanassopoulos’ allegation that the CEO of the company is not criminally responsible for employees actions during operations in a factory, outside the standard mode of operation.
